This recipie was sent to me by my good friend Laura Steinis. It was so easy I couldn't believe it and it was so tasty that

I make it all the time!

What You Need:

1/2 cup onion

1/2 cup celery

1 cup sliced carrots

1tbls. of butter

4 (14.5 oz.) cans of chicken broth

1(14.5 oz.) can of vegetable broth

1/2 pound of chicken breast

1 1/2 cups of egg noodles

1/2 tsp. dried basil

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

salt and pepper to taste

under medium heat melt butter and onion celery, and carrots. Cook until tender- add all the rest of ingredients, bring to a boil and lower to a simmer

and cook for a total of 20 min. That's it! and for a

tasty kick, add sour cream and a sprinkle of

non-fat cheese. Don't forget to suprise a sick friend

or someone you love with this tasty soup !

This was when I was preparing for a Fitness competition. It took me 6 monthes to change my body, and I learned quite

a bit in the preparation.

I don't think I will do another

one. The contest was not

organized well, and the girls

were very "catty" and was

not a fun experience. but I do continue a hard core workout regime and I stick to a diet close to the one that is required for the competition. And I did invent some really "yummy" protein shakes! I will be adding some more protein recipies in the future.
